（六）4人龍板表演賽項(xiàng)目說(shuō)明：（本次表演賽不設(shè)獎(jiǎng)金）

龍板賽最大接受15組參賽隊(duì)伍報(bào)名，如遇超報(bào)，以先來(lái)后到原則及賽事方協(xié)調(diào)。

龍板賽分為三輪預(yù)賽（每輪5組隊(duì)伍）一輪決賽。每輪預(yù)賽第一名進(jìn)入決賽。除每輪第一名外，三輪預(yù)賽匯總成績(jī)排名前三名進(jìn)入決賽。

運(yùn)動(dòng)員在比賽中采取坐姿或跪姿時(shí)不得超過(guò)連續(xù)5槳，沖過(guò)終點(diǎn)線(xiàn)時(shí)需全體在板上通過(guò)。

4 Persons Dragon Boat Exhibition Game Guide：（No prize money will be given at this exhibition game）The maximum number of participating teams is 15, places will be given according to the registration sequence.There will be 3 rounds of qualification game and 1 round of final. First place in the three qualification games will go into the final, plus three teams that ranked top 3 after the winner of each group during in the qualification.

Athletes are allowed no more than 5 paddles while they are on their knees. All body parts of Athletes need to be on their board to officially pass the finish line.

4人龍板表演賽賽道圖與競(jìng)速賽500米賽道圖相同。

四、參賽對(duì)象Participants

1、全國(guó)（含港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)）SUP槳板運(yùn)動(dòng)愛(ài)好者；

National (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) SUP enthusiasts;

2、愛(ài)好SUP槳板運(yùn)動(dòng)的國(guó)際友人。

具體要求

Specific requirements

（一）參賽年齡及報(bào)名資料：凡年滿(mǎn)14—55周歲，持有公安機(jī)關(guān)核發(fā)的第二代身份證原件、有效護(hù)照，身體健康者、熟悉水性、能穿救生衣游泳200米以上即可報(bào)名參賽；

Age and registration information:age of 14-55 years, hold the original second-generation ID card issued by the public security authority, valid passport, physically fit, familiar with water, and can wear a life jacket to swim more than 200 meters; can participate in the competition

（二）參賽者須簽署自愿參賽免責(zé)承諾書(shū)（見(jiàn)附件）

五、競(jìng)賽辦法 Competition methods

（一）本次比賽依據(jù)本次賽事競(jìng)賽規(guī)程組織賽事；

The competition is organized according to the competition rules;

（二）SUP槳板全程以站立式劃行、落水后上板可以繼續(xù)比賽但必須以站立式劃水，技術(shù)賽必須完成所有標(biāo)點(diǎn)的繞標(biāo)動(dòng)作，繞標(biāo)不完整無(wú)競(jìng)賽成績(jī)，以站立式通過(guò)終點(diǎn)時(shí)間少者名次列前。

The SUP paddles paddle in an erect posture during the whole course, and can continue to race on the upper plate after falling into the water. However, the paddles must stand still. All the punctuation marks of the SUP paddles must be completed. The round marks are not completely absent from the competition. Less time ranked better.

（三）如遇惡劣天氣影響比賽正常進(jìn)行的，大會(huì)將及時(shí)通知運(yùn)動(dòng)員，并根據(jù)天氣形勢(shì)對(duì)比賽進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

In the event of bad weather affecting the competition, the athletes will be notified by the General Assembly.

（四）運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須穿救生衣和腳繩并佩戴參賽號(hào)碼衣參賽，不穿戴者裁判可對(duì)其終止比賽。主動(dòng)申請(qǐng)救援及緊急被動(dòng)救援均視為放棄比賽。The athlete must wear life jacket，leash and wear the number card to participate in the competition. About non-wearing participant the judges can terminate his match. Taking the initiative to apply for rescue and emergency passive assistance are considered as abandonment of the match

（五）比賽采用分組制，分別舉行預(yù)賽決賽。選手抽簽決定出發(fā)順序，半決賽、決賽出發(fā)順序?yàn)樯弦惠啽荣惻琶恼虺霭l(fā)；出發(fā)為間隔出發(fā)，間隔時(shí)間為60秒。

The game uses a group system to hold the preliminaries，hold preliminaries and final separately. The lottery is used to determine the starting sequence. The starting sequence of the semi-finals and the finals is the positive sequence of the previous round of the competition. The departure is an interval and the interval is 60 seconds.

（六）最終排名依據(jù)預(yù)賽、決賽；決賽的比賽中，如遇減少輪次導(dǎo)致比賽未能完成，仲裁委員會(huì)和裁判長(zhǎng)可以按照前一輪的比賽的成績(jī)認(rèn)定最終排名。

The final rankings are based on the finals and preliminaries. In the event of a final round of matches,If a reduction in the number of rounds causes the race to be incomplete，the arbitration committee and the referee can determine the final ranking according to the results of the previous round.

（七）競(jìng)賽具體分組由裁判委員會(huì)于賽前抽簽決定。

The specific division of the competition shall be determined by drawing lots before the competition.

（八）關(guān)于比賽中的“問(wèn)詢(xún)”與“抗議”執(zhí)行中國(guó)槳板黃金聯(lián)賽相關(guān)競(jìng)賽規(guī)定，抗議費(fèi)200元。關(guān)于“申訴”請(qǐng)?jiān)诔煽?jī)正式公布后半小時(shí)內(nèi)進(jìn)行，申訴費(fèi)500元；

With regard to the "inquiry" and "protest" in the competition, the China SUP golden league committee has stipulated that the protest fee is 200 yuan. About the “appeal” please be conducted within half an hour after the official announcement of the results. The appeal fee is RMB 500;

（九）凡有違背體育精神、道德行為者，將取消參賽資格和比賽成績(jī)。對(duì)此人處以停賽一年的處罰。

Any person who violates the spirit of sportsmanship and morality will be disqualified from participating in the competition and will be suspended for one year.

（十）參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員在本次比賽中的行為舉止將被記入國(guó)家體育總局水上運(yùn)動(dòng)管理中心中國(guó)槳板黃金聯(lián)賽的備忘，為日后報(bào)名參加在中國(guó)舉辦的國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)重大槳板賽事資格審查時(shí)提供信用參考。

The behaviors of the participating athletes in this competition will be recorded in the Chinese Paddle Board Golden League in the Aquatic sports center of the State General Administration of Sport. It will provide credit reference for the future qualifications of the international and domestic major paddle board events held in China.

六、賽事積分說(shuō)明Event Points

（一）比賽將計(jì)算積分。The event will count points

（二）各公開(kāi)組總成績(jī)前16名獲得優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)（將2000米競(jìng)速、500米技術(shù)賽積分相加，如積分相加相同者看2000米成績(jī)，再次相同時(shí)看500米成績(jī)，再次相同時(shí)按照并列名次）。

Total points TOP 16 in each open group get bonus.

七、比賽裝備The equipment

SUP槳板、救生衣、槳由組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一提供（可自帶槳）、參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員需攜帶相關(guān)救生護(hù)具。

SUP boards, life jackets and paddle shall be provided by the organizing committee (with their own paddle).Athletes are required to carry the relevant rescue gear.

十、仲裁委員會(huì)和裁判員Jury members and judges

仲裁委員會(huì)的人員組成和職責(zé)，按照國(guó)家體育總局《仲裁委員會(huì)條例》規(guī)定執(zhí)行。仲裁委員會(huì)的裁決是最終裁決。大賽主要裁判員由體育總局水上運(yùn)動(dòng)管理中心選派，不足的競(jìng)賽輔助裁判和工作人員由承辦單位在當(dāng)?shù)仄刚?qǐng)。

The duties of the Arbitration Commission shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Arbitration Commission of the Sports General Administration of China. The Arbitration Commission＇s ruling is final. The main referees of the competition were selected by the China Extreme Sports Association. Insufficient competition assistant referees and staff were recruited locally by the contractor.
